After having spr4ead their terror all over the world with the most recent ones being in Paris and Mali, the terror group has now issued threats to Bieber. However, it seems the celebrity boy is not at all scared of scared of the threat. In fact he posted a tweet to his social networking site which said “should I be scared ? #ISIS”.
