This is a story of Erin Nelson fro NZ who purchased a Forever New case for her iPhone. She accidentally slept on the case and woke up with harsh burns on her body. As it turns out the case had some chemical substance in it leaked through a crack in it and caused the burns.
Another person Emma Hughes-Dawson also complained of the same problem with the case. She uploaded an image of the burns she had received due to the case.
Forever New responded with an apology while urging the customers to return the cases while they looked in to the matter. They also offered to make full refund of the money to anyone who demanded so.
