She started her letter by telling her loved ones that if they were reading this letter then it would probably mean that she was dead and they weren’t. she said she was happy and thankful to one and all for the happy life that she lived and said she had died with absolutely zero regrets. She said she loved them all.

She requested all her family and friends to remember that they were not religious and thus they should not tell her daughter Brianna that her mother had gone to heaven as that would make Brianna feel that Heather had chosen to leave her and go live somewhere else. She said Brianna should know that Heather did everything in her capacity to live longer with her and Jeff. She also asked her family and friends to not get sad over her death. Making people sad was something that she hated and so she wished for them to laugh and rejoice the memories that they shared.

She requested them to tell her daughter stories of how much she loved her and wanted to see her succeed in life. She also added that her daughter should not be told that Heather lost to cancer as she believed that living for two years with cancer was in itself a victory. She said Brianna should know that it was a battle against cancer, it was just life.

She wrote how lucky she felt to have spent more than a decade of her life with the love of her life, her husband Jeff. She said she loved him more than life itself and that he was the best husband in the world.

She dedicated another paragraph to him saying that she’ll always be with him in some way or the other. She spoke about a physicist’s eulogy which shows that scientifically she would always be around. She added that she loved every second of the breathtaking life she shared with him.

In the last paragraph, she thanked all her friends for the life they gave her, her doctors for taking care of her in last weak days. She wished for them all to have happy and bright days ahead. And she requested them to live each day to the fullest and remember that each day counts.

This post on Facebook was shared over 26,000 times and her husband Jeff posted that he missed her badly. He added that their daughter Brianna had inherited Heather’s spirit and courage.
