You will need to damp your hair first. Either you can do this immediately after washing your hair or you can just damp your hair with a spray bottle.
Now comb your hair to remove all tangles.
Pick out a long sock or any long cloth and start wrapping your hair along the length of the sock. Wrap it as tight as you can closer to your skull.
At the end of it, tie a knot to keep it intact throughout the night.
Continue the same procedure with every section of your hair. The number of sections will of course depend on the thickness of your hair.
Once all are done, spray some more water to make them damp.
Go to bed for your beauty sleep.
By the time you wake up in the morning, your hair would’ve taken the shape of the curls with your sock. So just untie them and you’re good to go.
