This guy Larry was having a very usual morning when got up from his bed and peeked out of his window and to his surprise he saw hundreds of honey bees roaming in the wind like a boss, and they were really close to his house! Like a normal young guy would do he opened the Internet and searched what he could do with honey bees!
And that is when he found “the bee guy” that could come and help him to get rid of the bees without hurting them! And Larry found out that there is a beehive of more than 50,000 bees who was living in the walls of his house! Can you believe that, I don’t even want to imagine that! So they got rid of all the furniture and fixtures and spread a large plastic all over the place.
They got ready to take the bees out of the walls. After covering all the room area with a plastic they started to place their special equipment in the room; drilled the plastic till the walls of the room so that the bees couldn’t get out! The expert was there and he managed to get his whole team and started working with the procedure!
The bee guy and his team started with wearing the masks first because obviously they are the bees guy that doesn’t mean that they are friends with the honey bees and the bees wouldn’t sting them! So they had to take the cautionary measure and then they started cutting the wall in a proportionate area so that they could see where the beehive is!
And after cutting the wall with the help of a cutter! There he found out the beehive, and there was a lot of it! It was amazing to see that so many bees have been living there inside the walls of the house and have made a large community there! It is true that honey bees live in communities but there were maybe more than a single community of bees living, and it was about 6 or 8 months old hive!
When the team of the bee guy got the idea that where is the beehive, they started with the procedure to get them out of there, and to their surprise that bees seemed so much calmed then they were expecting. So here is what they did, they took equipment that would generate smoke and they sprayed the smoke in the beehive.
The bee guy team was an expert when it comes to handling bees unlike some of us who would go and hide in the closet by just hearing the name of a honey bee! They carefully sprayed the smoke on the hive and made sure that the smoke reaches to every cell of the hive! Because if they would have missed any of the cell, the bees wouldn’t have come easily out, and then with a small vacuum they sucked the bees into a container of the vacuum!
After vacuuming, the bee guy took out the part of the hive from the ceiling so that he could be able to suck more of the bees from the hive as it wasn’t possible vacuuming the bees when the hive was still on the ceiling!
The bee guy vacuumed and sucks each and every bee from the hive and made sure that the bees are out from the cells so that no bees go hiding in the cell, and even they had to vacuum the bees from the bee guy team because it was all over them!
And then the guy took each hive and vacuumed it properly and even before vacuuming the hives he looks in the hives so that he could find the queen, and yes he did! He properly vacuumed the bees into a box and then put the hives in a plastic bag so that they can take out the honey from it.
And the bee guy took all the bees out successfully and here is the precious container that carries all the bees inside it! And he would take those bees out of the box somewhere from where they buzz off, and that would possibly be on a bee farm!
