Urination is a nature’s call and is completely normal but we surely would not like to urinate after every 2 hours or so, right? This symptom is quite important as continuous dry mouth can be either because of two things; because of use of medicine and the other one is because of low consumption of water. If you leave it ignored, then it might damage the process of functioning of your throat; so do not ignore it.


There are times when we are so busy in doing stuff that we forget to consume water and this sometimes result in dizziness. If you are feeling the same right now then do not panic, calm yourself down and just drink a glass of water.


If you are feeling hungry even after consuming a meal then chances are that your mind is mistaken between hunger and thirst. It is because of the reason that your mind does not get enough quantity of water which results in improper functioning.

If you are finding yourself very anxious and becoming confused a lot often then it can be because of the fact that your mind is not getting the proper amount of fluid and as a result, your mind is unable to function in a proper way. So, calm yourself down and drink at least two glasses of water and just wait for a while and you will see things getting clearer and better.
